Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion
Period and must be received by the fifth day of August 2001. Mail-in entries
will be entered into a pool consisting of all eligible internet and mail-in
entries received. No mechanical reproductions permitted. Entries become the
property of Everyone.net and will not be returned.
One
prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Vice
President of Marketing of Everyone.net, or the Vice President's designee, under
the direction of and witnessed and attested to by an independent Notary Public
of the State of California. The prize winner will be chosen from a pool
consisting of all eligible internet and mail-in entries received during the
Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about August 31. The
independent Notary Public's decisions will be final in all matters relating to
the sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received
for the drawing, but are estimated to be 1:100,000.

Everyone.net will notify the potential winner by email within 30 days of the
prize drawing, and the winner must reply within 5 days. All entrants must check

within 5 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within that time period
may result in disqualification and an alternate prize winner may be selected.
Entry and acceptance of any prize offered constitutes permission to use the

Technology, Sports, and Women. Monthly audits will ensure compliance*.
Everyone.net will automatically award $1000 to the authorized Partner Site
where the winner entered the sweepstakes.
This
award will be paid within 90 days of the end of the Promotion Period.
Everyone.net will determine the Partner Site, which will receive the award
based on the winner's email address (AnyWord@YourDomain.com).
*We currently
don't have the means to support international sites. The reason for this is
because our service does not support foreign languages, our support team is not bilingual, and we don't have sales
offices outside the US. Since we earn revenue from Advertising, we are un-able
